Showcasing the modern side of Florio Architecture, this project was conceptualized as a calling card and contractor’s shop for Kelty Construction and includes a one bedroom rooftop apartment to help pay the mortgage. Stucco’ed parapet walls that hint at southwestern design are freshened up with galvanized metal, a bold color scheme and flying roof overhangs. Next time you’re in Denver, look to the right as you’re passing 3rd on Santa Fe.
