FRISCO REMODEL
This interior/exterior remodel is a great example of what can be accomplished with a few well-thought out interventions and some sweat equity. Barnwood harvested by the owners from a barn in Kansas is repurposed as partitions and wall treatments. The original split-level entry is replaced by a covered entry on ground level that opens onto the mudroom. A new stairway with clever storage drawers and beautiful raw steel patina railings rounds out the design.
