At Florio Architecture, we believe that project diversity expands our toolbox and hones our design skills. No project is too small if it presents a new opportunity. This owner came to us with a rotting balcony badly in need of replacement. Working with structural engineer Pat Giberson and metal sculptor Steuart Bremner, the balcony was reimagined with new industrial steel elements while staying true to the home’s original log character.
