CRAFTSMAN
This redevelopment project in the historic Whittier Neighborhood in Denver replaces a derelict manufactured home with a classy new craftsman. Utilizing period-correct masses and styling, this simple yet elegant home re-uses the existing foundation. Raised-tie roof trusses allow for soaring ceilings on a budget and windows are strategically placed to bring in light while avoiding line-of-sight with neighboring houses.
